Mentoring Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tarot & Tempest’s mentoring services. By purchasing a mentoring package or session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment

  • All mentoring sessions and packages must be paid in full upfront prior to any services being delivered.
  • Payment secures access to booked time, mentoring resources, and availability.

2. Booking

  • Clients may self-book sessions using the provided calendar link.
  • Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  • Clients are responsible for booking and attending all sessions within their package validity period.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule sessions at any time without penalty, subject to availability.
  • Missed, unattended, or late-cancelled sessions are considered fully delivered and cannot be extended, replaced, or refunded.
  • Mentor cancellations will be rebooked at a mutually agreed time plus 30 bonus minutes added to the session.

4. Package Validity & Expiry

  • Mentoring packages must be used within 6 weeks of purchase.
  • Any unused sessions beyond this period expire automatically and are non-refundable.
  • Expired sessions may be reactivated by purchasing one additional month of mentoring access, restoring access to any previously unused sessions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Mentoring services are time-based and capacity-limited.
  • Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before any mentoring session has occurred or been attended.
  • Once any session has been completed or missed, all payments become non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Mentoring packages are offered at discounted rates and require full financial commitment once commenced.
  • No partial or pro-rata cash refunds are issued for unused sessions once mentoring has begun.
  • Expired packages and missed sessions are not eligible for refunds.
  • A £20 processing fee (covering payment provider fees) will be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • Mentoring is considered commenced at the scheduled start time of the first booked session, whether attended or not.

6. Session Timing

  • Sessions run strictly for the scheduled time slot.
  • If a client joins late, the session still ends at the originally scheduled time.
  • Missed time cannot be extended, transferred, or rolled forward.

7. Off-Session Communication

  • Clients may message the mentor for support between sessions.
  • Responses are provided as availability allows; instant replies are not guaranteed.
  • Messaging support is intended for:
    • Clarifying concepts
    • Brief advice
    • Short feedback
  • Support does not replace a full mentoring session or include long-form coaching, project delivery, or detailed instruction outside booked sessions.

8. Session Recordings

  • Clients may record sessions for personal use only.
  • Recordings may not be distributed, published, or used commercially without written permission.
  • The mentor may also record sessions for internal use, feedback, quality assurance, or documentation purposes.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • All mentoring, advice, tools, and guidance are for educational purposes only.
  • Results depend on the client’s effort, skill level, consistency, and personal circumstances; no particular outcomes are guaranteed.
  • Clients are fully responsible for how mentoring advice is applied and for any resulting outcomes.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarot & Tempest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Any payment chargeback or dispute will result in immediate termination of access to all mentoring services.
  • Chargebacks will be contested using these Terms & Conditions as supporting evidence.

By purchasing mentoring services from Tarot & Tempest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the commitment-based refund policy outlined above.
